Guidelines for LED lighting

LEDs are durable components, but the effects of heat reduce the lifespan. To avoid the negative effects of heat, follow the guidelines below:

• Whenever possible, use red LED-based lighting due to its very long life.
• Adjust the light intensity to the lowest possible level for your application.
• Select primarily Strobe mode, secondarily Steady state mode 50% on / a .
• Keep the ambient temperature low.
